The main forwarder in our family was my father, who happens to be the Sea Captain. However, a seafarer’s job comes with downsides; you are absent for a very long time and may even miss on something important like the birth of your child. Thus, instead of choosing a seafarer’s career, I enrolled in Latvian Maritime Academy and started studying Port and Shipping Management. The scope is similar, but it allows us to stay at home. This was the start of my career in logistics.

During my studies, I still managed to go to sea a couple of times and gain some valuable experience. After graduating I showed perseverance and I got a job in one of the major shipping lines -Containerships. I gained experience, made sure I note every detail, and believed that someday I would have my own company. It has been 10 years now of me working in the industry and I can proudly say that I have achieved my goal. I am the captain of my own freight forwarding company. We have a great team that is ready to weather any storm. We always keep our word and fulfill our tasks by 107%. We are the Lazarus Forwarding team.

Our vocation

We aspire to always transport easily breakable goods safely and cost-efficiently. We deliver large loads of ceramic tiles from Spain, Italy, India to the countries of Central Asia regularly. Any product breakage which might occur is covered by insurance benefits. We believe that partnerships based on trust are what make us strong.
